Grant Baseball Hands down TOP team in Northern California
Ask anyone who the best team in the 12U division is and if they know anything and are being honest will say Grant Baseball Academy. After Grant the teams clamoring for the two spot are bountiful. Teams 2-5 have almost all beaten each other at some point in the season.
- Grant Baseball Academy: Clearly the best team in Northern California and possibly the nation. The entire team is legit no holes what so ever.
- Sierra Valley Storm: This team is packed with talent and will be representing Northern California at the NYBC later this month. Runners up at the Bronco World Series.
- NorCal Grizzlies: They have quite the one two punch with Williams and Acosta. Winners of week 8 at Cooperstown and they hold the head to head edge over the #4 NorCal Valley.
- Athletic Edge: Missed the summer because they were busy qualifying for the Little League World Series. Many players on the Edge are also on Petaluma National Little League. Won four of the Five tournaments they entered.
- NorCal Valley: Ultra solid squad with a ton of heart and character. Runners up week 2 in Cooperstown. Earlier this season beat one of the top teams in the country (Central Florida Gators). Led by their phenom Jimmy McClenaghan.
- Team Combat: Team Combat is legit and has had great success playing up this past season. Solid Showing at the AAU Nationals.
- SV Storm: Solid 37-18 Combined record with six tournament championships under their belt. Most players coming from the ultra solid Blossom Valley Pony league.
- NorCal Baseball: Too many different rosters to accurately rank this team. They do have some of the top talent though with Rogan, Devine, Joaquim and Ordaz.
- NorCal Titans: Solid team but has a below .500 record vs teams currently ranked in the top 10. Brinkman, Wilson and Walker are starters on any of the teams above.
- Bulldog Baseball Club: Quality team that doesn’t beat itself. Strong pitching and defense always keeps these guys in games.
