As a coach I do my best to try to get the young men that play for me to focus on the things that are in their control. The two areas of focus for me are always a players EFFORT and a players ATTITUDE. Below I have included a link to and transcribed a video from Baltimore Ravens Linebacker Ray Lewis where he discusses the importance of EFFORT. I encourage each of you to watch this video and think about how important 100% EFFORT is in every avenue of your life.
