River City Bandits

This division has some of the best players and teams in the country hands down.

1. River City Bandits: No team in the division has more championships than RCB. Good showing at the elites taking 5th place. LV Desert Fall Classic Champions, Fall and summer State Champs, winners of both Super NIT’s. Played with the same guys all year.
2. Waves Black: Waves have been a fixture atop the division all season long. Their run at the Elite 32 solidifies their spot as the #2 team in Northern California. Waves are led by the best pure power hitter in the division Ruben Ibarra.

3. NorCal Black Sox: Arguably the best team in the division. They are loaded from top to bottom and have the best pitching staff in the division. It’s unfortunate they never got the opportunity to prove they were the best 13U team in Northern California. Disappointing World Series run were they went 3-7-1 are the major reason for the drop in the rankings.
4. Club All-Star: As good as any team in the division. Sound all the way around and have numerous Select 60 players on their team.
5. Central Coast Whitecaps: Quality team that beats you with quality pitching and a sound defense. Winners of four of their last five tournaments.
6. Chico Aces: Quality team that upset RCB earlier in the year. Sound in all facets of the game. Do not expect this team to beat themselves because they won’t
7. Bombers Baseball Club: Bombers are another team that just plays fundamental baseball. Runners up in the Triple Crown World Series. They have one of the best pitchers in the division in Cohen.
8. Napa Valley Baseball Club: Solid team from top to bottom. Jared Horn is one of the divisions best pitchers and Napa feels they can’t beat anyone when he is on the bump.
9. Central Coast Hustlers: Big Strong Physical team can compete with anyone on any given day.
10. Concord Patriots: Patriots just keep on ticking. They will always give you a good game and have had a great four year run.
11. Central Valley A’s: Didn’t play very many of the top teams in the division this past season but there is no denying their overall record of 28-12.
