The one word to describe Haydn King’s performance throughout this entire weekend would be clutch. With one out in the top of the 6th and a man at first in the championship game. King was called upon to slam the door shut for the final 5 outs of the game against the #10 Ranked Tabu and thats exactly what he did. King retired the first two batters he faced (2,3,hitters) and then finished the 7th with a 1,2,3 inning to earn the save in the Championship.
